Three ways to reach us, depending on what it is about. All of them are read by people.

A complaint about your personal data
Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to complain to a named person, and to have an answer. This is that person. It is the same address as support, so put Grievance in the subject line and it goes straight to them rather than into the ordinary queue.

You do not need to write to us first for the ordinary things. Getting a copy of your data and erasing your account are buttons in your profile and happen immediately. The Privacy Policy lists all of them.
If we have not resolved it
You can take a complaint about personal data to the Data Protection Board of India. The Act expects you to have raised it with us first, so please do, but the right is yours either way.
Reporting a security problem in our product
If you have found a vulnerability in Data Armour itself, tell us at support@deepsoch.ai with enough detail to reproduce it. We will not take legal action against anybody who reports a problem to us in good faith, does not access or change other people's data, and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anybody else. Given what we build, we would rather hear it from you than read it somewhere.
